kylie_97	my goodness May 23 2009, 12:29 AM EDT i keep forgetting to ask, and, since i'll be away camping for saturday, sunday, and monday, i'd better ask now. . . i don't understand what the other members mean when they say they 'eat crystalquirt's eggs'. . . could you please tell me? im lost here. . . They were talking about favorite aliens and their powers and i said i wanted to 'be' Big Chill and have big chill powers. Now they have me building metal 'nests' to hide my eggs in like from 'save the last dance' and they steal them every chance they get and make omelets. Glad you asked, i never really thought about how it might seem weird to others, LOL I think it is funny :D Have fun camping! Post reply Do you find this valuable?

RE: my goodness May 25 2009, 7:35 PM EDT I did have fun camping! my papaw is a very fun man, and i love him to death. we came home today with some beautiful rocks and fossils that we found. at first i hated going to the camp site, because it was so barren with only a few cactus and trees. of course, after the day passed, i felt like i didn't want to leave at all. the only reason we camped in the place we did was because of memorial day. papaw had wanted to go to red river until he found out that there would be a motorcycle rally there, and it would probably take an hour just to get through town. not to mention how noisy it would have been at night with all those motorcyclers driving through town. so he took us to some land that was owned by a fellow friend and asked if we could camp there, so we did. I wish we hadn't left now! thanks for telling me about the egg story, by the way! oh, and what did you do for memorial day? or did you do anything at all?? Post reply Do you find this valuable?

I've been through new Mexico several times, there are so many beautiful places there! We got out May 29 and my dad took us to the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine, Texas!!!!! We got back yesterday, and the drive was so long. . . and, yes i live in Texas, not going to name towns, however. . . Apperantly, we got at the hotel in time for the Summer Fest 2009, and it was incredible! I had to keep reminding myself that we were in a hotel and not in some small town! The only bad part(s) about it was that my brother got lost, it was so big. luckily my dad had thought about that and gave us walkie talkies to carry around and we found my brother at the Riverwalk Cafe. the second bad part was the drive there, but not so much the drive back. it's strange how the drive back is never near as long as the drive there. . . :P When does your school get out?
