Well, you are a member so the whole site is open to you. there is an site index box to the left to help you search the site. there are a few rules which are posted in a thread at the top of the discussion forum *featured threads*. you know how to start a thread an post already.
If you want to create a profile, just click on "my profile" and hit "easy edit"
General discussion = topics that relate to ben 10
Off-topic= anything else
If you want, you can start a "HI" thread in the off topic forum an introduce yourself.
