Atomix is one of the 10,000 aliens on the Omnitrix of Ben 10,000. Ken wanted it to be one of his Omnitrix aliens, but much to his disappointment didn't. it is possible that he is Alien X, but is unlikely. He was obtained in "War of the Worlds", but not used.
