The creator of the Omnitrix, Azmuth is a Galvan. His first appearance was in Secret of the Omnitrix. Azmuth is very pessimistic, unwilling to shut down the Omnitrix's self-destruct at first. Despite the potential destruction of the universe, Azmuth didn't believe the universe to be worth saving. He's also very paranoid, evidenced by his creation of such a self-destruct system and the great pains he takes to hide his world from the rest of the universe. Azmuth seems to be quite old, as he has a beard and walks with a stick. During Ben 10 Week, it revealed that male Glavans do not have facial hair, while female Galvans do. However, it is unknown why Azmuth has a beard. During Ben 10 Week it was revealed that after meeting Ben, Azmuth decides to become more involved and eventually connects with the Space-Based Plumbers. Azmuth is mentioned by Magister Prior Gilhil.
Azmuth returned in Ben 10: Alien Force in "Good Copy, Bad Copy". He revealed that Albedo used to be his assistant and he came to retreive the Omnitrix created by Albedo. Azmuth states that only one Omnitrix is allowed in the world.


Azmuth then appeared for a third time in the Ben 10: Alien Force special War of the Worlds. His homeworld has been destroyed by the Highbreeds, and he believes Ben isn't worthy of the Omnitrix. In the end he sees that Ben is worthy. At some point he also gave Ben 1,000,903 aliens. He was rescued from his homewrold by Paradox himself. Azmuth is also part of Ben's team to battle against the Highbreed's forces that are invading Earth. He plays a major role in the episode. At one point it is seen that Brainstorm pukes on him while flying to the Highbreed world.
