Bob and Joe are both constrution workers seen in the episode"Side Effects." These two workerswere paid by Councilwoman Liang to bulldoze Clancy's Apartment Building, but while on the job, the two were attaked by Clancy and his faithful bugs. Though not mentioned in the show, the two were credited as Bob and Joe.
