ApartmentClancy's apartment building is located at 8610 Chester Street and was built by his grandfather who is unnamed. It was then condemned by Councilwoman Liang, who ordered it to be bulldozed. Clancy resisted this act and caused his bugs to spring distruction. Finally with the help of Ben asFourarms, clancy's building was destroyed.
