Mutant Frog

A giant mutated frog. It has horns and multiple eyes. It can also leap great distances. It was Dr. Animo's signature creature. It is the first seen mutant.

Mutant Hamster

A giant mutated hamster. It is very strong and vicious.

Mutant Parrot

A giant parrot that can fly at great speeds. It is also strong enough to carry a full grown man (Dr. Animo) on its back and strong enough to hold onto Gwen by her backpack, while flying.

Revived Mammoth

The revived mammoth is the actual size of a mammoth. It is revived but has exposing bone at parts of its body.

Revived T-Rex

The revived T Rex is the actual size of a T Rex. It is revived and has exposing bones at parts of its body.

Dr. Animo And The Mutant Ray

Heatbat

Animo mutated a bat by using Pyronite DNA from the Omnitrix. Heatbat manages to be one of the main foes in the episode, but doesn't appear again.

Mutated Max Tennyson

Dr. Animo used Lepidopterran DNA from the Omnitrix to mutate Max Tennyson into a human-sized maggot like creature.

Ben 10,000

Exoskull

A cybernetically-enhanced creature who resembles a rhino with a laser cannon for a horn, Exo-Skull provides a convenient introduction for Ben's future self. In "Ben 10,000", he sees Ben as XLR8 and Gwen shortly after their arrival in the future and attempts to kill them; XLR8 attempts to fight back, only to have the Omnitrix time out at its usual inappropriate time. Ben 10,000 quickly arrives, also in the form of XLR8, to dispatch the creature. It was revealed that he was enhanced by Dr. Animo following a scan. He can fire a powerful beam and a net from his horn. He is also the only known one of Animo's mutations that was capable of speech.

Vilgax 3000

He revived a destroyed Vilgax that was reduced to shreds. He also programmed all of Ben 10,000's Omnitrix aliens (all 10,000 of them) into Vilgax's very DNA.

Adapted Albino Gorilla Body

He removed the head off of a Albino Gorilla, so that he can place his own head (in a jar) onto its body. He can then control the body of the gorilla as if it was his own body. In Ben 10: Protector Of Earth and Goodbye And Good Riddance, he wears a similar suit, but it is only a robotic body with Animo inside instead of a head on a gorilla's body.

Mutant Seagull

A giant sea gull about 25ft tall. It is more reptile looking, and is strong enough to break through reinforced glass.

Mutant Squid

A giant squid. It has large spikes at the end of its tentacles and is very strong. Its face is never shown.

Genetically Engineered Lepidopterran Mutates

A mutated insect creature. It was engineered from Lepidopterran DNA and then mutated. It is also increased with Ditto DNA giving it the ability to duplicate its body infinitely.

An elephant sized beetle. It can fly at great speeds and has a powerful stinger. It is immune to heat and flame.
