Driscoll used to be a Plumber. He was fired from being a Plumber for stealing Alien Technology and then selling or using it. He joins the
Forever Knights and soon becomes known as the Forever King. He gets
Enoch to try to retrieve the
Omnitrix, but with so many failures he leaves him in a deep trance and decides to battle the Tennysons himself. He constructs the
Negative 10, and had a plan to obtain the
Sub-Energy. He obtains it, and runs outside (he and the Negative 10 were battling the Tennysons inside Mt. Rushmore). He battles
Upchuck, only to lose the Sub-Energy. When he is defeated, there is strangely only his suit left. He was highly ranked in Plumber history. Driscoll/The Forever King appears in Ben 10 episodes
Perfect Day and Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10 Part 1 and Part 2. He is not the leader of the main branch of the Forever Knights, who are led by
Forever Knight King/Patrick. Instead, he leads a powerful splinter group whose intentions remain unknown.
