Haley Michelle Ramm was born March 26, 1992 in Dallas Texas. She began dancing in local studios at the age of three. At the age of seven, she began performing her own dances in local talent shows. She began taking acting classes and started looking for an agent following the recommendation of one of her teachers. She quickly signed an agent contract and began to audition for independent films and commercials around Texas. She appeared in nationwide commercials for Hasbro and Dell Computers.

She moved to Los Angeles with her mother at age 11. She found a manager within six weeks of moving to L.A. She was cast in roles for Flightplan, Yours, Mine, and Ours, CSI, CSI: Miami, and Yes, Dear. In 2006 she was cast as Jean Grey in X Men: The Last Stand. Her most recent projects include the role of Gwen Tennyson in the live action adaptation of the animated Ben 10 series.
