The Incarcecon Intergalactic Detention Center is the most notorious, highly-secure jail in space. It is home to some of the worst alien felons. Although nicknamed the Prison Planet, Incarcecon is technically not a planet but a large space station. Incarcecon is likely located at a very distant edge of the galaxy as a wormhole portal is needed to get to it.

A sentence to Incarcecon is a sentence for life. Felons are shipped off to the prison where they are left to fight amongst themselves for the rest of their days. As prisoners on Incarcecon are supposed to never see the light of day again, there are no guards or rules to keep them in line.

"On Incarcecon, it's survival of the meanest".

Only certain ships are authorized to approach Incarcecon; presumably police ships and apparently garbage ships. Any ship that flies within proximity of Incarcecon is given a several second warning, via prerecorded voice, before being shot out of space unless it either identifies itself as an authorized vehicle or flies away.

Incarcecon is visited in Secret of the Omnitrix when Ben, Gwen, Tetrax, and Gluto track the DNA signature on the Omnitrix to the prison in hopes of finding Azmuth. As humans are apparently considered a delicacy by nearly all prisoners in Incarcecon, Ben and Gwen share a disguise to conceal themselves, though their cover is eventually blown. While Tetrax ends up in a fight with a familiar prisoner named Sixsix, Ben, as Upchuck, runs afoul with Azmuth's assistant, Myaxx, mistaking her for Vilgax.

After the other prisoners learn that Ben wears the Omnitrix, a massive fight broke out over who would take it from him. As it was her DNA signature on the device, Myaxx pretended to be her old boss to trick the heroes into breaking her out. She only told them the truth after they had manged to escape before being vaporized by Incarcecon security.

Incarcecon was created nearly 500 years ago by the very first version of the Galactic Enforcers.

Many prisoners in Incarcecon want to prove they are the toughest by trying to defeated the infamous Sixsix, so he has to wear a disguise.

The three prisoners that manged to escape during the break-out were Myaxx, Sixsix, and a skinny, four-armed, gray alien seen escaping with Sixsix before the latter shot him off of Tetrax's ship.
