Manny (Plumber Kid)
Manny is a rouge Plumber kid and he works with Helen, a Kinceleran that appears in "Plumber's Helpers". He is a Tetramand and thinks that DNAliens are horrible creatures and captures Kevin thinking that he is one of them. In the process of capturing Kevin, he attempts to destroy Kevin's car. Manny and Helen work with Pierce in Ben 10: Alien Force.

This might not be important but Manny who sounds like he had been troubled like a he done something wrong. It makes me think that he was Black human parent. Helen who sounds like an she has to call him down makes me believe she might have been more accepted in society. Maybe white and the few shots of Pierce looks like a hybred of that Rat-man who tricked Kevin out of the Rust Bucket 2.
