Protosts are a slime-based species from the humid moon called Mytos. Protosts seem indestructable, as they seem to have no ogans or blood, and since they are blobulous attacking them is like attacking Jell-O. But while Jell-O can be split in two or more parts, so can Protosts, except they have an adaptation: they can regenerate from the tiniest, most infintesimal fragment, proving their indestructability. Their many arms make them ideal for being a ship pilot; they came make dangerously sharp turns without getting a scratch on the ship, which is impossible for many aliens in our universe. Ben met one named Gluto, who was Tetrax's pilot on The Resolute. Gwen seemed to have a possible crush on him.
