Slatterville is the town that Ben, Gwen, and Max visited in the episode "Hunted". It was incorporated in the 1850s after the discovery of silver. In the late 50s it went bust after the silver mines ran out. It has a complex systems of minesthat Kraab, Sixsix, and Tetrax chased the Tennysons through to retrieve the Omnitrix.
