The Plumbers were a "non-existent" government organization which dealt with extra-terrestrial, paranormal, and other situations that many others could not handle. Their base was beneath Mount Rushmore. The group was disbanded shortly after Max defeated Vilgax for the first time, suggesting that Vilgax had been largely responsible for the various incidents they dealt with. The Plumbers were founded 200 years ago, and Eon was the first threat that they dealt with, so in actuality Ben was their first enemy. However, in the episode "Big Fat Alien Wedding" many members of the Tennyson Family were revealed to be plumbers.
The Plumbers have appeared in many episodes in Ben 10 And Ben 10: Alien Force.
