Transylians are from the planet Anur Transyl. The natural color of lightning that they produce are green, even though Dr. Vicktor's is purple.

Transylians are the second most intelligent alien species, naturally, right after the Galvans.

Also using their intelligence they were capable of wiping the Vladite off of Anur Transyl.
