Are you sure? If so, I'd think the original Kevin with electrical powers would be what an Osmosian is, seeing that Devin had the same powers.

ahh but he absorb the electricity and shot it it out so Kevin is osmosian because they can conduct energy at will and use it how ever they like but it depends on the type of material and energy the absorb
